This Creole-style villa is ideal for a friend or family stay. It includes one air conditioned bedroom (with one double bed and one single bed) and a bathroom with WC.Note that the villa can accommodate three in a second living room with 3 single beds separated from the living room by a set of bamboo blinds (price increased).
The fitted-out terrace provides a bird's-eye view of the sea. You'll be sure to enjoy the different areas that have been designed with your comfort in mind—an outdoor living area, hammocks for resting after a day of sightseeing while taking in the splendid view and lounge chairs for tanning. There's everything you'll need in this welcoming holiday setting. Renting this villa gives you access to the different parts of the compound, especially the shared swimming pool nestled in lush vegetation as well as a gazebo that is just perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. This holiday rental will ensure you a change of scenery and total peace and quiet.
Ideally located in Basse Terre, you'll be close to a number of the most beautiful sites on the island, such as the pristine beaches of Grande Anse and La Perle. The Deshaies Botanical Gardens are only a short walk away. The township of Pointe Noire and the superb waterfall at Saut d'Acomat, plus the Bouillante region with the Malendure beach and the Cousteau Reserve and its amazing marine life are only twenty minutes away. You'll be charmed by the town of Deshaies with its many gourmet restaurants, colorful streets and breathtaking sunsets.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
