Villa Pergola is located in the commune of Saint-François in Guadeloupe, in a residential area halfway between "Anse à la Barque" and "Anse des Rochers". This superb holiday home has an excellent location with a sea view, a swimming pool, and a huge garden with trees.
Villa Pergola is located about 30 minutes from the airport of Pointe-à-Pitre and only 10 minutes from the town of Saint-François. There you will find many local shops (restaurants, bakeries, mini-markets, pharmacies etc.), but also an international golf course and a marina with many shops. On the side of the port of Saint-François, you will find the catch of the day every morning at the fish market.

This villa is composed of three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms and toilets. Each bedroom has a double bed and onebedroomalso has one double and a single bed to accommodate three people. The threebright and spacious bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding.

The large living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with aTV. This extensive room opens onto the outside terrace and offers a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the sea.
The swimming pool, secured by an alarm, is bordered by a pergola sheltering two deckchairs. Other deckchairs, outdoor loungers and an electric Planchagrill complete the outdoor facilities of this holiday villa. Under its shaded and ventilated terrace you can enjoy your meals sheltered from the Guadeloupe sun.
Simply put, you will enjoy this holiday home as if you were at home. The adults will be able to sip a cocktail in the outdoor loungers while enjoying the gentle trade winds, while the little ones will play in the swimming pool or in the huge garden.
An adjoining room in the house has a washing machine and a water tank.

By staying at Villa Pergola, you will be ideally located to explore the islands of Guadeloupe and discover the surroundings of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François. You will be able to reach the large "raisins clairs" Beach in Saint-François after travellingonly fiveminutes by car. We advise that you don't miss the pretty beach of Anse à la Barque just two minutes from your holiday villa, andalso plan a day at the beach in the village of Sainte-Anne while enjoying its colorful seafront market.
We recommend a walk at the Pointe-Des-Chateaux to taste the best coconut sorbet from Jeannette's, discover the surroundings there, or take a stroll on the beautiful beach of Grande Anse Saline. From Saint-François, you will have the joy of practicing many water activities such as paddling, jet-skiing, and kitesurfing, if you wish.
Don't forget to plan a day at sea to discover the islands of Petite-Terre, La Désirade or Marie-Galante. These little corners of paradise will delight lovers of nature and deserted beaches.
By staying in Saint-François, the north of Grande-Terre is within easy reach. Its natural riches are breathtaking: the Porte d'Enfer, the Pointe de la Vigie, the cliff walk... All these places make Guadeloupe an island full of surprises.

Nous y avons passé 3 semaines. Elle dégage quelque chose de positif, on sent qu’elle a une histoire, une âme. Difficile d’en partir. Ce mélange d’ancien et moderne est superbe. Cette villa est grande et spacieuse avec un jardin immense, on aperçoit la mer et quel plaisir le soir de s’installer sur un transat, près de la piscine et d’entendre le bruit des vagues ! Elle est très calme ce qui est très agréable. Proche du centre pour le côté pratique c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons été accueilli par un couple charmant et accueillant.
