A large dining table for 12 people, as well as a plancha, are installed in the shade of the terrace. An outdoor shower completes the exterior fittings.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area inside the house. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with its private bathroom and a toilet. Two of them are equipped with a 160x200 cm bed. The third has two separate 90 cm beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

A pretty tree-lined path will lead you to the second part of your villa below. This second space at the bottom of the villa, recently fitted out, offers a modern and tastefully decorated living space. Completely open to the outdoor area, you can enjoy the sea view and the superb 10-meter-long swimming pool with jets.

This villa bottom also has three air-conditioned bedrooms. Each room is equipped with a 160x200 cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

The living area is made up of a lovely lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen. It is open to the outside by large bay windows.

You will appreciate the ambiance of the terrace around the swimming pool, lured by the soft sound of the waves. Several relaxation areas will allow you to take full advantage of the terrace.
