Villa Mia is located in the town of Sainte-Anne in the Grande-Terre part of Guadeloupe. Set in a residential neighborhood in the countryside, this holiday rental is only a five-minute car ride from the village center of Sainte-Anne and the Bois Jolan beach, famous for kitesurfing. Just perfect for families with four air conditioned bedrooms and a mezzanine, Villa Mia can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Upon entering your holiday home, there's a main living area composed of a fully-fitted open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room which opens on to the outdoor patio.
The sleeping areas can be found on two levels. On the ground floor, a small hallway leads to two air conditioned bedrooms connected by a bathroom with a shower and WC. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom is just perfect for two children as it features two separate single beds. There's a staircase in the center of the living room which leads up to a well-ventilated mezzanine (not air conditioned) which also features two single beds. Two double air conditioned bedrooms with a balcony and a second bathroom with WC, shower and corner bathtub add the finishing touch to the upstairs amenities.
Outside the villa, a spacious shaded patio awaits you. There are several places where you relax. The outdoor living area is the perfect spot for cocktails, unless you prefer lounging around the swimming pool on a deck chair or in a hammock.
A large table makes it possible to eat outdoors in the shade while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. It should be noted that the pool is equipped with a safety gate. A plancha (type of flattop grill used for cooking) is at your disposal—it's just perfect for grilling fresh fish that you bought at the market. Lastly, an outdoor shower has been provided behind the villa for rinsing off after the beach or hiking before taking a dip in the pool.
A washing machine, snorkelling masks and tubes, plus beach mats have been made available free of charge by the owners in the villa's basement. This equipment will be very useful for exploring the seafloor! You're only five minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in Sainte-Anne!

As for the villa itself, there were no ordinary rain umbrellas in it, and the roof over the terrace is too small and the rain falls on plastic sofas and other furniture. It would be good to enlarge the roof over the terrace.
