Villa Diamantina is situated in the heights of the town of Le Diamant (The Diamond), on the South Caribbean Coast of Martinique. This vacation home is ideally located: only two minutes from the town of Le Diamant with its beautiful white sandy beach, numerous bars and restaurants,and stores, bakeries, snack bars, pharmacies, etc. A food market with fresh local produce is also held from Tuesday to Sunday in the town (towards the Anses d’Arlet).Located on a large plot of land, this vacation rental is sure to delight lovers of wide-open spaces. Several vehicles can be parked in the property. Entirely enclosed by a fence and secured by an electric gate, this property offers a pleasurable environment where many local plant species are to be found. Villa Diamantina is built on one level. The renovation of the villa was completed in May 2021 (including new furniture and equipment). The entrance of the vacation home is from a south-facing terrace. This terrace hosts three living spaces: a delightful outdoor living room, a large dining table for meals sheltered from the sun, and a ping-pong table.
The doors of the vacation rental open onto a beautiful living room next to the modern and fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, espresso machine, etc.). A bar separates the two spaces. The living room, complete with a flat screen TV and a sofa, extends to the billiard area.

The room is charmingly decorated. Its modern style contrasts with the traditional architecture of this Creole house, and its decorative elements bring a cozy touch to the pristine white walls.A corridor leads to all the rooms of Villa Diamantina.

The first space, on the garden side, is composed of three air-conditioned rooms with double beds, storage space, and a view of the garden. These rooms share an extensive bathroom with a bath, a shower, and a toilet. The second part of the house’s night space is composed of a beautiful, air-conditioned master suite with a double bed, storage space, and a bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, and an Italian shower. The vacation home of Diamantina is surrounded by an expansive garden. Fully fenced, so parents will not be afraid to let their children play in the garden, especially since the pool is secured by a removable fence. The garden around the back of the vacation rental hosts a magnificent saltwater pool, as well as a pleasant carbet (hut) benefitting from ventilation by the island’s trade winds.

 What to do around this vacation rental in Martinique?

Villa Diamantina is ideally located for exploring the south of Martinique. The municipality of Le Diamant is becoming more and more attractive as a destination in Martinique because Le Diamant is a strategic point to reach the most beautiful white sand beaches of Martinique. The main beach of the town, the Grande Anse du Diamant, is located only three minutes drive from the vacation rental. Passing through the town, you can also reach the commune of Anses d’Arlet and its incredible maritime landscapes in only 10 minutes byroad. You can practice scuba diving or simply discover the sea bed with your mask and snorkel. To complete your discovery of the south, head east! Where, from the Diamantina vacation home, you can reach aring road in only ten minutes by car to take youto the numerous beaches of Sainte-Luce, Rivière-Pilote, Le Marin, or, further south, to the famous beaches of Sainte-Anne such as Anse Caritan, Anse Moustique, La plage de la Pointe Marin or the sublime beach of Les Salines.

Finally, water sports lovers will be able to enjoy jet-skiing activities in Le Diamant, Les Trois-Ilets and Sainte-Luce. The commune of Trois-Ilets, located only 20 minutes from the vacation home, also offers a multitude of water activities such as towed buoys, kitesurfing, windsurfing or numerous boat excursions to discover sea turtles, dolphins, or the exquisite mangrove. Note that it is possible to kitesurf in Le Diamant, but only for those with experience.
