Nestled above Fort-de-France, this superb guest house has been entirely renovated. Located on grounds measuring 7,000 sq.m amid century-old trees, this is an address you'll want to keep to yourself. Thanks to this unique setting, you'll be close to the city while enjoying this peaceful environment. Parking is available for more than one vehicle within this secure compound where you'll be able to access the ground floor of the guest house.
How is this guest house configured?
A dining room can be found on the first floor where breakfast is served daily from 6:30 a.m. Concerned about the well-being of their guests and in the spirit of having them discover local flavors, the owners have placed local products center stage. As a result, breakfast consists of fresh fruit, exotic jams, Creole-style hot chocolate, coconut water, etc. A bar can also be found on the ground floor where you'll find refreshments and a number of places to relax.
Three bedrooms and a master suite can be found upstairs. Tropical, a 14 sq.m guest room is tastefully furnished. It has a double bed and is air conditioned. For your comfort, a number of conveniences are at your disposal and include a TV, espresso machine, telephone, safe, hair dryer, mini refrigerator, etc. A beautiful bathroom with toilet and a walk-in shower add the finishing touch.
By reserving a room (with a minimum stay of two nights), you'll also be able to access the guest house's relaxation area complete with a 15 meter long swimming pool framed by a wooden deck with an array of deck chairs and parasols for tanning.
What can be done near this guest house?
The guest room's ideal location makes it possible to reach downtown Fort-de-France in less than 5 minutes and visit a number of interesting sights including the market, Fort Saint Louis, ferryboat crossings to Pointe du Bout from the waterfront, etc. The first beaches are only a ten-minute car ride away. This guest room is ideal for a romantic getaway in Martinique or for those seeking a central location to complete their holiday by discovering the north of the island.

From the pictures we had seen we were very excited to spend the last two days of our trip at the well designed villa. The staff were flexible and attentive. We were quickly moved to another (larger) room following a problem after the first night. The infinite pool was perfect for a swim and exquisite view of Fort de France. There lots of common space and we spent time in a sitting area which felt very private. The location was great for getting downtown. Will definitely book again.

Nous sommes demeurés une seul nuit dans cette propriété mas nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit. Celle-ci est située à proximité de FDF et de tous les services recherchés, avec la plus belle vue imaginable de FDF. Le personnel était charmant et la propriété, aménagée sur un très grand terrain, était impeccable. Le petit déjeuner servi en matinée était complet et délicieux. La prochaine fois, c’est assuré, nous resterons plus longtemps.
