How is this luxury villa in Martinique laid out?
The Ocean Villa is built on two levels. The first part of the villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with separate beds. Each bedroom has its own shower room. An external staircase leads to the second part of the Ocean villa. This level consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom (two doubles and one twin); an interior living room with TV and an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, blender, espresso machine, etc.). The decoration is contemporary and refined. You will appreciate the brightness of the interior spaces and the unobstructed sea view thanks to the large openings on the outside.
The outdoor spaces are carefully furnished. A large covered terrace allows you to take meals in the shade, but also the aperitif thanks to a lounge area; all with pool and sea view in the background.
What to do near this luxury villa in Martinique?
This luxury villa also has a private pontoon which will allow you to moor a small boat, go swimming or go into the water if you are a fan of water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing ...) Three kayaks are also available to you during your stay. There is no shortage of surrounding activities. You will find all the amenities (bakery, supermarket, fish market, fresh fruit ..) in the villages of François and Vauclin, 10 minutes by car. The Cap Est hotel, three minutes by car, has a water sports center, two restaurants, a spa and a beach (access if consumed on site). The Clément foundation, one of the most visited sites in Martinique, incorporating both a distillery, a house and a museum is 10 minutes away by car. Kitesurfers will appreciate the ideal sliding conditions of the Cap Est spots (direct access) and Pointe Faula (15 minutes). Finally, from the François marina, 10 minutes away, you can go on an excursion to the surrounding islets and discover the famous white backgrounds (Joséphine's bath) of Martinique!
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
