But don't worry, the Villa Nature Paradise is located only 3 minutes by car from the town of Josseaud, a district of the commune of Rivière-Pilote. There you will find grocery stores, bakeries, doctors, and a post office. In addition, the lively town of Rivière-Pilote is a 5-minute drive away. Its traditional market, typical of the region, is a must see.

How is this four bedroom villa arranged in Martinique?

The interior of Villa Nature Paradise is organized around the living room which is the central part of the house. This living room is equipped with large sofas as well as a flat screen TV (Orange subscription). The living room opens onto a large fully equipped kitchen (with supplementary barbecue utensils, an electric plancha grill, a toaster, a blender, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee machine). Here you can enjoy a spectacular view from the two kitchen windows. No more doubts, you are in a little piece of paradise! A bar overlooking the terrace is at your disposal for aperitifs and breakfasts.
This holiday home can accommodate a total of eight guests. 

On either side of the living room are four air-conditioned double bedrooms with locks, guaranteeing privacy for all. The first one, close to the kitchen, is the villa’s master suite. This master suite is perfect for a couple, equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a baby bed (which can be relocated), and a modern bathroom with Italian shower and WC. To the left of the living room, a corridor leads to the three other bedrooms of this holiday home in Martinique. The first bedroom can be arranged according to your requirements thanks to its two single beds (90 cm) which can be brought together to form a double bed (180 cm). Safety gates across guarantee the well-being of even the most adventurous children. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed (160 cm). These three rooms share a bathroom with an Italian shower. A guest toilet completes the interior design of the Villa Nature Paradise. 

 As far as the exterior is concerned, Villa Nature Paradise is surrounded by a large, grassy lawn. Only the parking space for vehicles is paved. The living room opens onto a large, covered terrace of 80 m². Its various bar, dining table, and lounge areas offer a myriad of possibilities for convivial moments enjoying a meal or an aperitif. An alley bordered by magnificent proliferating palm trees leads you to the large 8 x 3.5 meter chlorinated pool. From here, you will undoubtedly be captivated by the landscape that awaits you. An incredible sea vista emerges on the horizon when the sky is clear. If you come during Le Tour des Yoles (an annual sailing regatta in the last week of July), you should bring binoculars so that you can spot the boats from the villa! Eight deckchairs are at your disposal near the swimming pool for sunbathing. An outdoor shower completes the pool facilities. There's a charcoal barbecue also available for grilling. And the large garden of the holiday home is home to various fruit trees: mango, guava, coconut, and cherry trees (Peyi cherries). If it's the season, you can pick them to make smoothies and cocktails with the mixer at your disposal! Finally, for the comfort of your family, the owner provides a beach kit with a cooler and beach chairs.

What to do around this villa with a stunning view of Martinique?

The Villa Nature Paradise is ideally located near the road to access the beaches of the extreme south of Martinique. It will take you less than 15 minutes by car to reach the charming Anse Figuier and less than 30 minutes to reach the paradisiacal beaches of Sainte-Anne (Pointe-Marin, Anse Moustique, les Salines, la Table du Diable). Your discovery of the beaches of Martinique does not stop there. Indeed, the central location of the holiday home will also allow you to explore the beaches of Sainte-Luce (less than 20 minutes by car), Le Diamant (less than 30 minutes by car) and Les Trois-Ilets (30 minutes by car).

Unless you prefer the Atlantic Coast and its many watersports activities. Kitesurfing, windsurfing, windfoil, funboard, are just some of the many activities that you can practice at the Club Nautique du Vauclin or/and at the Blue Lagoon Kitesurf School, both located 20 minutes away by car.
The village of Rivière-Pilote, offers a beautiful discovery of Caribbean culture thanks to its very animated market (open from Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). You will be able to buy fruits and vegetables from small Martinique merchants here, but also other local products such as punches, liqueurs, oils, and many spices. 

 Finally, don't forget to plan a visit to the Maison La Mauny Distillery, only 13 minutes away by car. There you can discover a working distillery (and former sugar plantation), take part in a tasting session, and visit the La Mauny Shop where you can purchase a selection of white and old rums.
