The studio Mer Azur is located south of the town of Robert, along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Its central position between the town of Robert and the town of François gives it an ideal position to shine on the east coast of Martinique, considered more wild and preserved. Various shops and services nearby (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, petrol stations, etc.) are reachable in 20 minutes by car. This studio is located on the seafront beside a pebble beach where travelers can swim. Note that once past pebbles, beautiful white sand are available to you. The relaxing surroundings of the neighborhood and its surroundings make it an ideal refuge for couples looking for a change of scenery and relaxation. .

Renovated in 2019 and modernized by an interior designer, this studio skilfully combines marine and contemporary style, a little slice of paradise for lovers in search of healing. There are stairs to get to the studio. The studio has a very modern bathroom with wc. The main room, air-conditioned, is composed of its space sofa and television (chains orange bouquet) as well as a double bed 160 * 200. Large opaque curtains obscure the light of the transparent, glass sliding doors leading to the balcony for peaceful nights. This beautiful studio benefits from a modern and well-equipped outdoor kitchen, preserving the interior sleeping space of kitchen smells. This balcony of 14m² offers a sunbathing area to enjoy the sea view in peace. Finally, a dining table will host your romantic dinners with an ocean view.

The studio Mer Azur is located in a very quiet area of Martinique. At only 50 meters from a beach not frequently visited, no doubt that bathing in this magical place will be the main activity of your holidays! Always in a spirit of tranquility, the studio Mer Azur is located just a few steps from the "Eden Gil Spa" offering massages, relaxation in a jacuzzi, treatments, etc. To complete your day of relaxation, let yourself be tempted by booking your romantic dinner at the restaurant "Le Vigneau" located just 6 minutes from the studio. Looking for adventure? Let yourself be tempted by a nautical activity in the bay of Robert or Vauclin: kitesurfing, windsurfing or boat trip for rent within 20 minutes drive. Unless you prefer to rent a boat without a license only 300m from the studio for all your romantic excursions on the sea! Finally, the owner can put at your disposal the kayaks so that you can discover in a different way the surroundings! The owner lives on the upper floor, above the studio and is at your disposal to give you any recommendation you might need! He is very discreet.

Appartement des plus idéal : mer à 50m, calme, terrasse/cuisine très agréable, et surtout un hôte chaleureux ! Bonne communication avec l’agence. N’hésitez pas à visiter l’île magnifique qu’est la Martinique et ce petit coin de paradis.

Acceuil de Jean très chaleureux et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Martinique du Nord au Sud loin des embouteillage de Fort-de-France et dans un endroit très calme. Très bel appartement avec cuisine ouverte et bruit des vagues pour nous accompagner. Acces un peu difficile

We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa Mer Azur at Sable Blanch. We had a warm welcome from Virginie and the Jean, the owner who also lives on the property. Always easy to reach them for any question or help you might need. A great apartment, equipped with everything you need, with an amazing view to the ocean. There is even an access to the water to have a morning swim with an external shower. We made use of the recommendation to rent a boat to cruise to the small islands in the bay, definitely worth taking a day to do so :-).

Le studio est relativement spacieux, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé, idéal pour un couple. Excellent accueil de nos hôtes, souriants, avenants et joviaux. Nous vous remercions pour ce séjour inoubliable , claire et kevin

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
