Decorated and furnished with care by the owner, this one-bedroom lodge has an intimate environment and benefits from an independent entrance as well as a parking space (secured by a gate). The use of the jacuzzi is reserved exclusively for travelers staying at the premises.

The main room, entirely open-plan, includes a large modern kitchen (oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker) as well as a living room with sofa bed and television (with satellite television subscription). The sleeping space of this vacation rental in Martinique is composed of a beautiful,12m² room (air-conditioned) with a double bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with an Italian shower, a hair dryer and a toilet completes the interior arrangements.

The living room of this vacation rental opens onto a 50m2 deck encircled with palm trees. A pretty hutholds a dining table for pleasant meals sheltered from the sun’s rays. Located halfway between the Atlantic Coast and the Caribbean Coast, the Lodge du Piton is ideally placed to enjoy the most beautiful beaches of Martinique.
The most sporty amongst you, will appreciate the beaches of the Atlantic Coast for their excellent water conditions for sports de glisses, such as windsurfingand kite surfing. There are schools for lessons or for the renting of nautical material. We recommend Anse Michel, only 10-minutes drive from your rental. A sailing club at Anse Michel offers courses and equipment (kite surfing, windsurfing and paddling) as well as an excellent restaurant with its feet in the sand. 

For those who adore beautiful beaches, head to the Caribbean Coast to discover the heavenly beaches of Sainte-Anne, Pointe-Marin (13-minutes drive), Anse Caritan (12-minutes drive), or the famous Saline sand its postcard landscapes (14-minutes drive).

As far as hiking is concerned, the south of the island has as much to offer as the north! You will discover flatter grounds and drier landscapes there, bordered by cacti. Two-minutes walk from the lodge brings you to the starting point of the Piton Crève-Coeur (Piton Heartbreak), a relatively short and easy hiking trail. The view is dazzling from the top, so take this hike at the end of the day to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Unless you prefer to discover la Savane des Pétrification (the Petrification Savannah), a longer hike at the extreme south of Sainte-Anne (14-minutes drive from the vacation rental). The most courageous will hike the Trail of the Capes. This 27 kilometer long hike starts in Macabou and ends in Sainte-Anne, where you will discover superb panoramas of the sea.
