Located in a secured residence, this three-bedroom villa shares the domain with five other furnished accommodations. Each unit provides complete privacy as they are well spaced out. Only the orchard and the swimming pool are shared by all the guests. You may also park your vehicle on the premises.

Two additional bedrooms can be found upstairs (one single and one double). A beautiful view of the surrounding nature can be seen from both bedrooms. One of the highlights of this holiday rental is the orchard teeming with local fruits: coconuts, bananas, litchis, passion fruit, etc. You'll enjoy picking these local fruits to prepare a fresh fruit salad. A shared swimming pool, lounge chairs and a dining table are also at your disposal at the residence! There's everything you'll need to relax.

As for the beach, Ermitrage is 20 minutes away, protected by a large lagoon, and just perfect for families. Boucan Canot lagoon is 15 minutes away and features exceptional sea beds. The owners have even thought of providing masks and breathing tubes! Nature lovers with appreciate the setting of the Maïdo viewing point and the Cirque de Mafate just only one hour away. Simply breathtaking! Lastly, downtown Saint-Paul, only a 10-minute car ride away, has a number of restaurants and shops, plus a market that takes place every Friday morning!
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
