Villa Palmeraie will enchant you with its refined decor and zen atmosphere designed by the owner. From the garden, a staircase leads to a spacious main terrace. The highlight of this luxury villa is the terrace. It is divided into various living areas. Behind sheer curtains, a first zen-inspired space whose centerpiece is a Cocoon sofa invites you to relax while gazing at the garden.
A shaded eating area allows you to have breakfast serenaded by birdsong. Lastly, cozy garden furniture provides the perfect spot for cocktails after days of sightseeing. The terrace accesses the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. The kitchen and its five-burner range make it easy to prepare home- cooked meals while the adjacent pantry provides ample storage space for the groceries.
The sleeping area is located in the villa's left wing. It is composed of two spacious air conditioned bedrooms with a private bath. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a roomy closet. A large air conditioned office separates the two bedrooms. The villa's lower level can be accessed through the garden. Having a loft-inspired design, the living room, kitchen and sleeping areas are partitionless.
The first bedroom is nonetheless separated from the rest of the room by a cleverly-placed curtain for increased privacy. The second sleeping area is spacious and features a feng-shui decor. A bathroom with a walk-in shower adds the finishing touch to the interior. A private terrace covered by a pergola and enveloped in sheer curtains provides a space for relaxation and eating outdoors across from the garden.

There are plenty of things to do close to the villa. The beach, only a 10-minute car ride away, provides a wonderful playground for the children and a superb sunset when the day is done. The "Cap Méchant" Restaurant is the perfect place to sample local cuisine. A visit to the Domaine du Café Grillé will allow you to purchase the best local coffees. Be sure to stop by the local market, held every Saturday, to discover stalls piled high with tropical fruit, local vegetables and spices. Lastly, Piton de la Fournaise, Cirque de Cilaos and Sud Sauvage are only an hour away by car. The beaches are only a 30-minute drive away as well.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
