This holiday rental is halfway between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François and about 10 minutes from the beach of Bois Jolan.

This holiday villa in Guadeloupe—a genuine oasis, fully equipped and decorated— features four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 guests. This holiday rental is perfect for a stay with family or friends. Surrounded by a tree-filled, enclosed garden, this villa with a swimming pool is a real playground for your children. It'll be difficult to choose between the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi! A gazebo adjoins the swimming pool where you can have cocktails or play with the kids in the shade. The villa's interior is composed of a living area with a TV and Wii (4 game consoles, Wii games), an eating area with a view of the swimming pool and a fully-fitted kitchen which includes a wine cooler and range cooker.
A wide range of leisure equipment has also been made available, such as masks and breathing tubes, a pingpong table, etc. The sleeping area is divided into two parts. Two double air conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and an air conditioned master suite with a separate bathroom with patio access can be found on the ground floor. An upstairs fourth bedroom on the mezzanine (without air conditioning) features a double bed and a twin bed.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
