Where is this holiday rental with private pool located in Martinique?

The Villa Dizac is located in Le Diamant on the south Caribbean coast of Martinique. This 5 bedroom villa is a very short stroll away (100 meters) from Grande Anse du Diamant beach with shady areas for relaxing. This big vacation house can accommodate up to 10 travelers. 

Thanks to its ideal location, you are only 5 minutes away by car from the village of Le Diamant and convenience stores (market, grocery store, mini-market, bakery, pharmacy). Many bars and restaurants are located in the town too. Just a 5 minute walk is needed to steps down to “Le Chill”, a nice restaurant/bar opened in 2019!

 Nevertheless, the villa is very private and located in a quiet residential area. The large terrace with swimming pool without vis-à-vis guarantees you a peaceful stay. The Buddha and its cactus set the tone: a peaceful stay awaits you in this vacation villa. The house is secured by a large electric gate, you can easily park for free one or more vehicles in the enclosure of the villa Dizac.

How is this self catering villa arranged in Martinique?

Villa Dizac has all the amenities anyone would need on vacation. This vacation rental is laid out on three levels. The ground floor is made up of two spacious bedrooms, both air-conditioned. Each has a work space with a desk, a double bed (140cm) and lot of storage. The bedrooms share the access to a bathroom (with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine), located on the same landing.

From the covered terrace, a staircase leads you to the first floor and opens onto a large balcony with garden furniture and a hammock. This floor consists of a large modern kitchen perfectly equipped to cater for big dinners, a living room with a large flat screen television, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two air-conditioned double bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second has a queen size bed (160). The second floor of Villa Dizac is accessible from the living room where a staircase leads to the upper floor. It is composed of an air-conditioned bedroom with a king size bed (180). This master suite is very spacious with private bathroom and even a balcony to watch the world goes by. A lock guarantees your intimacy.

The main outdoor living area is accessible from the living space. Well appointed, the terrace has a dining table and garden furniture. You will chill in peace and comfort thanks to the gazebo with deckchairs. The 7-metre long secure salt pool is big enough to swim.

Families will appreciate the presence of:

- a play pen (with mattress, bed linen and mosquito net)
- a whole box of beach games, masks and fins of different sizes.
- a beach kit: a cooler, ice cubes in the freezer, 2 light deckchairs and two folding chairs for the beach.

The cleaning departure fees shall be paid on-site at the concierge team (230€)

What is there to do in the surroundings of this vacation home in Martinique?

The location of the villa Dizac is very convenient. A nice restaurant serving creole food and cocktails is in the immediate vicinity. Just cross the road to get to the western part of the Grande Anse du Diamant, a beautiful beach which is great for morning walks, picnics or just sunbathing. The sea is wavy, so we do not recommend to families with little kids to swim there. We rather recommend the lovely Cherry Beach, 10 minutes car ride away.
Beautiful dive spots await you with plenty of fish. Make sure to book your excursion at one of the three dive centers in le Diamant. 

Unless you rather prefer to enjoy a surf lesson or rent a jet ski.
The Anses d’Arlet are located less than a 20 minute car ride away from the villa. There you will enjoy memorable snorkeling time. You might see turtles and will for sure swim with loads of fish!
