The Villa Neivy is located in Le Diamant, on the Caribbean coast of Martinique, only 100m from the Diamant beach. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, 8 in the main villa and 2 in the adjoining bungalow. An electric gate secures access to the villa with easy parking for two vehicles.

How is this holiday rental with swimming pool in Martinique furnished and arranged?

Villa Neivy consists of a villa and a bungalow which is about ten meters from the main villa’s section.

Fully air-conditioned and freshly built at the back of the villa (in 2015), the bungalow is an ideal spot for a couple looking for a little privacy. The studio is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, a convertible sofa (with comfortable mattress) and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

To access the terrace of the main villa from the bungalow, just cross a small piece of garden. You will love the outdoor layout which invites you to relax. Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind: a large private pool, a Jacuzzi, a large outdoor kitchen, a shaded terrace, sunbeds...

From the terrace, you access the spacious fully equipped kitchen (with Espresso machine). A corridor leads to the four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms (three bedrooms with private bathroom and one separate bathroom). The first bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The second is smaller and offers a standard double bed (140x200) and a shower room. The last two double bedrooms are spacious and have showers and queen size bed.

A large bright living room with TV adds the final touch to the interior layout of the villa and has direct access to the shaded terrace. The latter consists of outdoor garden furniture and a large dining table. However, a second space near the outdoor kitchen (with ice maker and charcoal barbecue) makes it possible to eat outdoor, in the shade.  

What to do near this holiday rental in Martinique?

Villa Neivy is ideally located, less than one mile away from the beach and allows you to spend long days with your toes in the sand. Diving enthusiasts will appreciate the presence of several diving clubs. If you have your own bodyboard or kitesurf gear, make sure to bring it with you (many waves – for experts only!).

The 3 km long Diamant beach also offers a setting conducive to early morning jogging. Picnic tables are set up in the undergrowth and will host your impromptu lunches on the beach. There is just so much to do!

In the evening, many beach restaurants will allow you to eat Creole cuisine with your toes in the sand, unless you prefer to order pizza or takeaway meals.

Le Diamant is only ten minute car ride away from Les Anses d'Arlet, renowned for snorkeling spots. You will be sure to encounter sea turtles there!
