Villa Lili is located in the commune of Trois-Ilets, on the South Caribbean Coast of Martinique. On the seaside is the Pointe du Bout, the most famous seaside resort of the island.This three-bedroom vacation home benefits from an ideal location. Villa Lili offers you an exceptional view of the sea, but also a direct proximity (5 to 10 minutes on foot) to all local activities and amenities: bars and restaurants, souvenir stores, water sports, white y beaches, the marina, excursions, etc.

This vacation rental is part of a complex of two houses separated by a shared staircase (the other villa is the Villa Maé). This quiet area is bordered by the Caribbean Sea that you can admire from the large terrace of the villa. Moreover, its decoration sets the tone for a relaxed stay: the interior’s shades of blue are in harmony with nature’s blue that unfolds before your eyes between sky and sea.

How is this three-bedroom villa in Martinique arranged?

Villa Lili, built in 2020–21, exudes modernity. Designed by an interior decorator, this three-bedroom vacation home is arranged on two levels. Outside, at ground level, there is a covered parking area for two vehicles. Access to the villa is from a staircase leading to a landing serving two villas, the Villa Lili is the unit on the left when facing the sea (entrance door to the right of the staircase). Its door opens onto a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, champagne bucket). The back kitchen has a washing machine and an additional freezer. The living room is equipped with a substantial sofa and a television.

Large glass doors allow you to move from inside to outside easily. They open onto a large terrace composed of an outdoor living room and a dining table, for meals facing the sea. From here, there is no doubt that the gradation of blue of the sea and the palm trees will immerse you in your vacation. A guest toilet completes the facilities on this level.

The night space of the vacation home is located entirely on the second floor. It is composed of a corridor that serves three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first room, where duck egg, royal and pastel colors of blue mix as if on a painter’s palette, is a master suite. Its queen bed (queen size), its adjoining bathroom (with an Italian shower and a toilet), and its private balcony with an exceptional view on the Caribbean Sea guarantee a comfortable stayto its travelers. The second room of the villa is composed of two single beds (which can be brought together to make a double bed of 180 cm). The third room of the vacation rental is composed of a queen bed (queen size). These two rooms share a bathroom with an Italian shower. A guest toilet completes the arrangements of this floor.

Access to the sea is possible from the house.

This vacation home is located in a very dynamic tourist region of Martinique. Many activities are accessible on foot. Want to get away from it all? It will take you only 5 minutes to reach the Marina de la Pointe du Bout and its excursions: dolphin trips, catamarans, turtles, mangroves or discovery of the island’s southern beaches, many choices are offered to you.

Do you want to relax? Pointe du Bout is bordered by the beaches of AnseMitan, Bakoua and the the one of the former Hotel Meridien etc. Their clear turquoise waters are just minutes walk from the villa. These paradisiacal landscapes with white sand, crystalline waters, and palm trees are waiting for you!

Looking for thrills? Numerous water activities are offered at Pointe du Bout such as kitesurfing, towed buoys or parasailing.

For cultural discoveries, you can reach the Savane des Esclaves, the Sugar Cane Museum, the Pagerie Museum or the Sea Museum in 10 minutes by car, or the Trois-Rivières rum distillery in Sainte-Luce (20-minutes drive).
