Villa Maé is located at Pointe du Bout, on the Caribbean Coast of Southern Martinique. At the water's edge stands a beautiful three-bedroom house built on two floors. Its location is ideal as this vacation home allows travelers to access many activities on foot: bars and restaurants, souvenir stores, water activities, white sandy beaches, the marina and excursions, etc. You are less than 5 minutes away from the Creole village of Pointe du Bout, and three superb beaches (Bakoua, Anse Mitan and Ex Meridien hotel).

Villa Maé is located in a complex of two non-adjoining houses, separated by a shared staircase, in a residential area bordered by the Caribbean Sea. Each villa has two parking spaces (covered in your rental).

How is this three-bedroom villa in Martinique arranged?

Built on two floors, Villa Maé was completed in 2021. Brand new and decorated by an interior designer, this vacation home promises an exceptional experience.

On the first floor there is a covered parking lot with space for two vehicles. A staircase leads to the front door and to the first level of Villa Maé. On this level, just opposite, is the entrance to "her twin villa" (Villa Lili).

As the door sweeps open, you enter a beautiful living room with a large sofa facing the sea. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, champagne bucket) and adjoins the living room. A large terrace with a sitting and dining area for 6 borders spans the living room’s entire length. The decoration is harmonious, and every detail has been chosen with care.

The night space of this vacation rental is located on the second floor, you access it by taking the stairs from the entrance. It is composed of a corridor that leads to the three air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite. The first bedroom has a double bed (queen size) and a balcony with a sea view that it shares with the second bedroom, which has two single beds (90 cm) (the beds can be moved together to form a double bed of 180 cm). The master suite is located at the end of the hallway. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (queen size) and a sea view, a large dressing room, and a magnificent bathroom with an Italian shower, a double basin, and a toilet. A toilet and an independent shower room (with Italian shower) complete the arrangements of this floor.

Access to the sea is possible from the house.

What to do around this vacation rental in Martinique?

Villa Maé benefits from a strategic location. From the Pointe du Bout, many activities are accessible: bars, restaurants but also nautical and seaside activities. The beaches of Anse Mitan and their magnificent translucent sandy bottoms are accessible in about 8-minutes walk from the vacation rental; unless you prefer the beach of Bakoua or the former Meridien Hotel  5-minutes walk.

The Pointe du Bout marina is accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot and allows you to reach not only Fort-de-France by boat, for a day of discovery in the city (its market, Schœlcher Library, Fort Saint Louis), but also to embark on one of the many excursions offered (diving trip, turtle discovery, deep-sea fishing, discovery of Saint Lucia for the day, dolphin trip to the north).

Many activities are also available on Trois-Ilets. Why not take advantage of the only golf course in Martinique? It will take you only 5 minutes by car from the vacation house to reach this 18-hole course which extends over 63 hectares. Horselovers will appreciate rides offered by the equestrian center (Ranch Jack), only 8 minutes away from Villa Maé.
