The Ginger apartment is located on the garden level in a residence with three apartments. A car can be parked free of charge in the quiet street along the building. Access to the residence is via an electric gate. You will have to walk up two small stairs to reach the apartment Ginger. The living room invites you into its contemporary universe. Composed of a living room with a 160*200 sofa bed and TV (Netflix access possible via orange) as well as an open kitchen, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. The living room leads to a bathroom with Italian shower and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 160*200 and a dressing area. A balcony completes the apartment's amenities, where you can relax on the sofa or have breakfast on the bar open to the living room. As far as the exterior is concerned, it is common to all three apartments. The garden area promises you unforgettable moments for relaxation for lovers!

The Pointe du Bout is one of the most important places in Martinique thanks to its concentration of activities that are in a walking distance! It will take you only 2 minutes walk to reach the famous Anse Mitan beach while the Pointe du Bout beach is accessible in only 8 minutes walk. Little extra: the owner provides the beach towels! If you wish to discover the sea bed, several diving schools are accessible at the Pointe du Bout.
