Apartment Tropical Sunset is ideally located about one hundred meters from the beach of Anse Mitan in Trois-Îlets in the south of Martinique. This three-bedroom holiday rental on the first floor of a peaceful residence features a commanding view of the beach. You'll enjoy the breathtaking sunsets on the Caribbean coast from the terrace which provides an unobstructed view.
How is this apartment configured?
The residence is protected by an electric gate and has an indoor garage for two vehicles.
Tropical Sunset's interiors have been designed in a contemporary style. The tastefully selected furniture is an inviting place to relax. The long bay windows enable you to fully take advantage of the sun throughout the day from the spacious indoor living room. Completely partitionless, the indoor area with its fully-fitted kitchen provides you the luxury of preparing your meals while taking in the sea view. Lastly, three air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms add the finishing touch to the apartment's interior. The master bedroom features a private bath and access to the terrace while the other two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with bunk beds) share access to a second bathroom.
But the terrace overlooking the bay is where you'll spend most of your time! How do you feel about curling up with a book in a hammock or sipping fresh fruit juice on a deckchair with a sea view or sharing a meal with the family on the large table that has been provided for that purpose?

Only a few short steps from the beach of Anse Mitan, this holiday rental is perfect for families with children. There's no need to take the car to head to the shore or go to a restaurant or shopping. You can go everywhere on foot. The marina, only a three-minute walk away, makes it possible to take the sea shuttle to Fort-de-France or leave for an excursion (scuba diving, dolphin watching, catamaran). Lastly, sports enthusiasts, from beginners to experts, will surely enjoy the water sports center, only a few hundred meters away, that features windsurfing, kitesurfing, towable tubes, water skiing, etc.

The apartment was very spacious and with a good division of the rooms. The position in relation to the beach, but also in the center of the island was perfect. Whenever we needed assistance from the team, help was given quickly and very gentle.

Très joli appartement ! Vue absolument imprenable sur la plage de l’anse Mitan. Nous étions les pieds dans l’eau.. Un service client impeccable aves des retours quasi immédiats. Juste un double des clés serait un plus quand à capacité est de 6 personnes

Moins de 5 min à pied pour être à l'eau ou à table! Que demander de plus. Leila et Annabelle ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Merci infiniment à elles pour le support et leurs réactivité. We truly enjoyed the location of the Tropical Sunset villa. The deck showcases a view of Anse Mitan and sunsets over the marina. The location is a 2-minute walk up the road from the bustle of Pointe-du-Bout, so you enjoy peace and quiet yet you are steps to the marina for boat excursions & the town for shops and restaurants. It is a 1-minute walk in the other direction to beach activities at Anse Mitan. The snorkeling & jetskiing right there is fantastic. The kitchen is stocked and functional, with a clothes-washing machine and clothes drying rack. The air conditioning in the bedrooms for sleeping is a nice luxury. Our only suggestion involves the furnishings - it looks as though the unit was newly purchased & lacks nightstands/lighting by the beds in 2 of the rooms. It also would improve the place greatly to add nice comfortable lounge chairs for the very expansive deck - at least a couple more. There are only 3 small awkward fold-up chairs, in addition to a hammock that has lost it's sparkle. The place sleeps 5 so it left a few of us without a lounging spot. With comfortable lounge chairs, we could have all stayed on the deck all afternoon! A special thank you to Christelle, Annabel and Gilda for all of their work and hospitality :)

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
