Perfectly designed for a couple, it's a real love nest perched in the clouds. Access to the rental is suitable for vehicles and you can park in front of the loft.

The perched patio is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast which includes fresh garden fruit provided by the owners for an additional fee. Lastly, don't forget to pack a picnic lunch, there's a table for this purpose just opposite Niagara Falls.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
