The villa can accommodate 4 guests making it just perfect for a small family or two couples. The property includes two other rentals, namely Cottage Papangue and Villa Cascade. The site is designed for complete privacy. Lastly, although you are immersed in nature, the site is suitable for vehicles which can be parked in front of the dwelling.

Villa Niagara is made up of two air conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The main area has a cozy living room and dining room that are just perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The fitted kitchen and barbecue make it possible to whip up home-made meals to be enjoyed on the outdoor table with a view of Niagara Falls! Lastly, outdoor wicker furniture adds the finishing touch to the villa's amenities. You'll enjoy lounging there while sipping a cocktail at the end of a day of sightseeing! For an additional fee, the owner can provide breakfast made up of local products from the garden and a guided tour of the property to learn more about local plant and animal life.

You can of course visit Niagara falls for a dip during the hottest hours of the day. The eastern coast is teeming with waterfalls and various rivers, I suggest that you visit Anse des Cascades for a picnic with family or friends. Take the time to explore La Vanilleraie and the lighthouse of Sainte-Suzanne, two must-see sights in the area. For sport enthusiasts, be sure to organize a rafting adventure—an adrenaline rush is ensured!
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
