This atypical holiday rental is located on a former plantation in Sainte-Suzanne, on the eastern side of Reunion Island. Designed to accommodate 4 guests, it's perfect for family or friends. The property has two other units, namely Villa Niagara and Cottage Papangue. The rentals are not one on top of the other and provide complete privacy. Although located in nature, the road is suitable for motor vehicles which can be parked in front of the villa. The sound of the waterfall and the chirping of birds will provide the background music for your stay!

It goes without saying that the best part of the villa is the comfortable patio overlooking Niagara Falls. You'll enjoy having your meals or sipping cocktails in this unique setting while comfortably lounging on the garden furniture. A barbercue—absolutely indispensable for grilling under the stars enveloped by nature— adds the finishing touch to the outdoor amenities. The inside of the villa is just as beautiful as the outside—an air conditioned double bedroom and twin bedroom are very cozy. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC is spacious. The living area, which includes a living room, dining room and fitted kitchen, is the perfect spot to relax if the clouds roll in. For an additional fee, the owner can provide breakfast made up of local products and a guided tour of the property to discover the many varieties of fruits and vegetables in the garden.
What sights are there to see close to this holiday rental in Reunion Island?
If you feel like doing some sightseeing, I suggest you visit La Vanilleraie and the must-see lighthouse of Sainte-Suzanne. Be sure to also visit the Cirque de Salazie by passing through Saint-André, you're only 30 minutes from this superb site. Lastly, take a dip in Bassin la Paix, the island's largest basin. It should be noted that the minimum stay is only two nights! As a result, Villa Cascade can be combined with a stay at another villa!
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
